I don't speak German. Can I still attend the classes?
Yes! All of our trainers speak several languages and most classes are taught bilingual.
Do you offer personal training?
Our club does only offer group trainings. But if you would like to have a personal 1:1 training with one of our coaches, just ask them directly.
What's the sparring like?
We put an emphasis on easy sparring where we focus on correct performance & technique. Besides we put an emphasis on communicating about power & intensity.
We like to do the typical „play sparring“ in which you playfully exchange techniques - without power.
Only in fight preparation we will adjust the intensity.
Where do I have to go?
We train in CHIROHOUSE in Holzmarktstr. 25 (close to S Ostbahnhof). Once you're reached the yard turn to the right to find a building with a bell sign saying "CHIROHOUSE". You will be buzzed-in and take the elevator to the 4th floor.
Our other trainings take place at Fenriz trainingscenter in Kreuzberg. The address is Lobeckstraße 36. You reach the entrance over the yard. Please check the schedule to find out which trainings take place where.
Do I need own gloves & shinpads?
For your first sessions gloves, shinpads and skipping ropes are provided.
After that you should get your own equipment: For Muay Thai you need gloves, shin pads, groin guard, mouthguard, hand wraps and a skipping rope.
We recommend the following Oz Numbers for gloves:
• less than 70 kg - 12 Oz
• 70 - 80 kg - 14 Oz
• over 80 kg - 16 Oz
What do I have to bring for a trial session?
Comfortable sportswear, a bottle of water and (optional) a towel are sufficient for the beginning.
For your trial session gloves, shinpads and skipping ropes are provided.
If you already have own equipment, please bring it.
Which course is right for me?
If you are unsure, just talk to the trainer after your try out session to get an estimation. In the athletics training, the level of fitness and technique is very heterogeneous so the coaches adjust the intensity individually.
What do I have to know before the trial practice?
For your first visit, you should be there 10min ahead of the class' start, already changed and introduce yourself quickly to the coach. You should wear sportswear without zippers and buttons. Please remove jewellery & piercings or tape them to reduce the risk of injuries to you and your partners.
How can I sign up for a trial session?
Click the "Train with us"-button to sign up for a free trial session. You may join all classes that particular day.
How much is a trial session?
One day of joining the classes is for free.

When do I have to pay the membership fee?
We'd like to ask you to pay the monthly membership fee at the beginning of the respective month – ideally on the 1st. That simplifies our work in the accounting.
Which payment options do you have?
You can choose between direct debit or transferring your membership fee on your own. In case you choose to transfer the money yourself, please set the payment to standing order.
Can I pause the membership?
Yes. You can pause the payment of your membership at any time for a full calender month. Simply write us a mail to [firstname.lastname@example.org]. You cannot cancel your membership during your pause.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime in written form with a notice period of three months to the end of the month.
